F****** SPACERS!!!!

Ok so I went in today to get my damn spacers put BACK in. THREE SPACERS!!!! UGH UGH UGH someone just hold me. I HURT!!! I have 3 spacers so they can put bands on my two lower back teeth on the left hand side. Have I mentioned that I HURT?!??!?! ok So anyway I get the spacers taken out on Tuesday. SO I don't even have to live a full week with these damn things. Then they are going to band my two back teeth. This week I am not exactly going to be in the best of moods. heehee fun for everyone around me.

Floss Threaders

OK so I'm out of floss threaders which normally wouldn't be that big of a deal BUT I have something stuck in between my teeth and it HURTS!!!!!! I have to log out of work put some clothes on and take my butt to the store to find floss threaders. I KNOW I had an extra packet but lord only knows where it is.

I broke my.....

QUADHELIX!!!!!

Yep you read that right. I broke my freaking quadhelix. I was eating day before yesterday morning and snapped one of the "arms" off. SO I went to my ortho to see what we were going to do about this small problem. I get all the way over there he takes one look at it and says it's fine. It's just an arm. My looks at my lower left side and says he wants to band my two lower teeth (teeth 5 and 6). this was something I was trying my hardest to avoid. They put not one not two but THREE spacers in between my teeth to make room for the bands. I HATE SPACERS!!!! THEY SUCK!!!!!! Ok so the spacer are finally in. I walk up to the front desk to make my next appointment for exactly one week later to have these damn little blue spacers taken out. Who knew something so small and colorful could cause so much pain? UGH anyway. The girl at the front desk says they don't have any openings for 2-3 weeks. Oh the joys of having one of the best orthos in the entire state. She makes my appointment for 2 weeks from today. I had to go back to my wonderful oh so comfy ortho chair and have these three spacers pulled out. You can't keep spacers for more than a week. They tend to fall out. UGH. I'm going to my dentist to see what my ins. company says I have to pay and getting the two teeth fixed so i wont have to get them banded. Bands HURT like hell. *sigh* the price of beauty. ok off to bed I go.

Can't sleep.....

I can't sleep. I just lay there. My teeth hurt DAMN POWER CHAIN....My head hurts.....my heart hurts...and to a point I think my soul hurts. UGH I hate this. I am going to try to snap a picture or two of my power chain and post them. Maybe that will make me feel a bit better. Some how I think not. Oh did I mention that atmy last adjustment they didn't change my bottom wire. My ortho said everything looked good so far and the bottom wire didn't need to be changed.

LONG week....

It's been a VERY long hard week for me. I REALLY hurt a good friend of mine bc I made a horrible mistake and I fear that I have lost one of the very few real friendships I have. It's hard when the person you talk to when something bad happens isn't talking to you bc the bad thing that happened to you happened to them too. Chances are thatdidn't make ANY sense but I can't actually put the whole "story" here bc that would cause even more hurt and I just don't want that. A word of advice for anyone reading this.... Remember your friends are human and they make mistakes. I know most of us want to hold our friends to some higher standards but they are human. As human beings we all make mistakes. Not to say friends don't feel bad when we fuck up bc WE DO! I still luv her like a sister and can understand why she wants nothing to do with me but that doesn't change the fact I still care about her and her well-being. *sigh* it's been a long week.
I don't honestly ever remember feeling this bad about anything.

Power Chain

Ok so I went to my adjustment today and was all happy and brave when I told them I wanted light purple ligs. Well THEN they told me that they were putting on my power chain today. So I now have a light purple chain in my mouth. I'll have to get used to that LMAO. I just got the P-Chain on top not on the bottom. My ortho is very happy with how my teeth are moving. They changed the top archwire but not the bottom one. I now have gaps between every one of my teeth. UGH I hate that bc well I'm just not used to having gaps. So the Power chain will be working on that issue. I'm in a GREAT deal of pain right now but HEY that's the price of beauty right? lol

Next Adjustment at 8am

Well I have my next adjustment at 8am. I almost forgot about it. I think this time I am going to go all out and get colored ligs. We shall see if I have the balls to REALLY do it lol I have an update to edit. I'm all off on my updating days lmao UGH. Here are a couple of pictures from my work event in Palm Springs.

busy busy busy.....

Well I have been soooooooooooooo busy. I have been planning an event for work that has totally taken over my life. I went for my first adjustment on my uppers last month. It wasn't bad at all. I got the grey ligs again but on my next adjustment I am leaning more towards purple or pink ligs. I'll be posting again more after my work event is over and I have my life back lol
