Another Month....Another Adjustment

Well I went to my appointment at 9am. I was a bit late DAMN TRAFFIC!!!!! I found out I had a wiggly band on the left side so they had to pull the band off and put it back on. It didn't take that long actually. I was pretty shocked. I got dark purple ligs on top and light purple ligs on the bottom. It was a pretty fast appointment. Nothing out of whack happened. UGH now that I have typed that something will go hay-wire next month LMAO oy. I guess that's all I have this time. WOW this one was pretty boring huh? lol Ooooooooooooh they changed the way i wear my bands. Triangle on the left side and front to back on the right side. I don't know if I had already posted that or not. Oh and RUBBER BANDS STILL SUCK!!! but they suck way less than spacers LMAO

10 year of porn

So as of yesterday I have been in this business for 10 years. It almost seems like much longer lol. I've grown up in this business. Not the worst place to grow up that's for sure (and certainly not the best). When I started I viewed it as a fun way to make some quick cash. Now it's an all out business that I (with help) run on a daily basis. Over the last ten years I have learned more of life's lessons than I ever would have without the porn business. I have met the kind of people you want to keep close and those you wouldn't want around you if they had the last bucket of water and you were on fire. I started as a cam girl and I guess I was a bit sheltered in my little cam girl world lol. Back then we helped each other. Now? Not so much. In this digital age anyone with a digital camera and some web space can be a "porn star". Legends in their own minds. Technology has changed….. Views have changed….. The business has changed…… I've changed. My biggest changes oddly enough have come over the last year. I've grown up A LOT. Many of the "clique –type" things I had time for I now make the choice to NOT have time for. In many ways this business is like high school. A sick twisted version of high school. Filled with the same cliques and the same hate. Love to hate? Hate to love? Don't have the right clothes? Don't have the right look? Too fat? Too Skinny? Skin too dark? Skin too light? Not Pretty enough? Too Pretty? High School…. all of it. High school with a paycheck. I wouldn't change it "all" for the world but certain things I would change if I could. I'd rid myself of people who claimed to be my friends but in the end weren't. After that little rant I gotta say I do love my job. I wouldn't trade it for the world. I wouldn't trade my fans for the world. I wouldn't do it if I didn't L-O-V-E it. I don't think I'd make it in this business if I started today. There is so much out there now. So many girls so many sites. Just so much of everything. Well here's to ten MORE years!!!!!! (maybe) lol
