Maybe my quad wasnt so bad.....

Ok so maybe my quadhelix wasn't so bad after all. I kinda like my quadhelix better than these damn rubber bands. lol I got the rest of my bands put on. That was pretty painful. They have to test like 5 different sizes of bands on my back teeth. The first 4 HURT. I'd bite down and felt like I was being STABBED! The last band did the job. I had two put on. I'm not too sore anymore which is good. I had to go back the day before to have one of my spacers replaced. It popped in half and I pulled it out and had it replaced. I think my advice for anyone is if you need spacers and have an adjustment get BOTH at the same time. My spacers didn't hurt very much this time. I was more focused on the pain of my adjustment. lol I must admit I do like not having my quad lol I'm just waiting around for my next adjustment. Not much to say this time lol
